ISO 20252
KGS was an early adopter of the Market Research Quality Standard (MRQSA – BS7911) gaining accreditation in 1999.
KGS is now accredited to the International Standard ISO 20252 and is annually audited by external assessors MQA.
In the 2010 Quality Assessment Report, KGS’ commitment to quality was described as “well embedded throughout the organisation and there is considerable commitment at all levels to continually improve”.
