KGS houses a dedicated Data Processing department. This facility offers all dynamics of data processing from clean data production only to full analysis.
Data capture can be organised in a variety of methods: Via paper questionnaires (PAPI) received from in-house telephone and fieldwork departments, from postal surveys or questionnaires direct from client; on hand-held tablets or PDA devices (CAPI); through computer aided telephone questionnaires (CATI); by hosting on-line surveys.
Raw data can be delivered for client analysis in various formats including ASCII, csv, Excel, Snap and SPSS.
We can provide full tabular analysis using either Snap Surveys Software or KGS’ bespoke analysis which allows 100% flexibility.
To compliment the Full Service provision, KGS offers, on a stand alone basis, ‘coding only’ and ‘verbatim only’ services. We can also transcribe in-depth interviews or focus groups.
