Emma Clark

DIRECTOR

Emma joined KGS in 1990 and since then has worked closely with a wide portfolio of clients. Emma is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society and has a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma. Emma is responsible for business development and for ensuring that KGS clients' research needs are being met by delivery quality research. Emma is an experienced moderator of consumer and business to business focus group discussions.

Pete is a KGS Director and has been a research executive with KGS for 20 years and has accumulated extensive experience in both consumer and business to business market research. His research is underpinned by several professional qualifications including IT, Leadership and a BA in Economics.

Julie Long

DIRECTOR

Julie has worked in market research for 23 years and has headed the KGS data processing department for the last 5 years. In her current role Julie is responsible for tracking analysis and reporting for some of KGS core clients, together with the management of ad-hoc projects.

Julie is also the HR and Quality Manager and is responsible for ensuring all departments in KGS adhere to ISO 20252. We have been successful in maintaining the market research industry’s Quality Standard since 1999.

Angela Prescott

FIELD DIRECTOR

Angela is a Director of KGS and has overall responsibility for the field team. Angela has been with KGS for 17 years and headed the Field Department for the past 10 years. Angela is responsible for looking after KGS’s ‘Fieldwork Only’ clients and also the continuity of fieldwork for KGS core clients. Angela has active involvement in the day to day running of fieldwork projects and is responsible for responding to clients' quotation requests.

Trish Hunter

FIELD MANAGER

As one of KGS longest serving members of staff Trish has been with KGS for almost 25 years, joining the field team 10 years ago after being a telephone interviewer and subsequent Deputy Telephone Manager. Trish also handles client quotation requests and manages all aspects of the data collection process from continuous to Ad Hoc research.
